The Iowa Branch of the International Dyslexia Association is aware of how important it is for students with dyslexia and their parents to understand all they can about dyslexia. We know that by having a strong support system in place every student with dyslexia will have a better chance of achieving his or her full potential.
This leadership group will work to educate and empower parents and students with the latest information in the field of dyslexia.
They will learn what it takes to overcome the dyslexia barriers from fellow successful dyslexics. Local relationships can be built to help secure a stronger support system.
